CSW69: Reimagining International Cooperation: Youth as Architects of Change

Datum: 11-03-2025
Tijd: 10:00 am - 11:15 am EDT (Ney York tijd)
Locatie: Permanent Mission of Germany to the UN. 871 UN Plaza

Join them for an in-person panel discussion on the transformative role of youth in shaping international cooperation. Historically, power structures have marginalized young people, particularly young women and girls from the Global South, in decision-making processes. Germany’s Feminist Development Policy prioritizes gender-transformative and intersectional approaches to dismantle these inequalities. This event, conducted in English, will explore how youth leadership and feminist movements can drive equitable, sustainable, and inclusive international cooperation. Participants will engage in a dynamic dialogue featuring young activists, political decision-makers, and representatives from civil society. The discussion will prioritize underrepresented voices and include interactive Q&A sessions to foster inclusive and actionable conversations.
