On the occasion of Human Rights Day, and in collaboration with the University of Amsterdam, we are launching the Human Rights Lectures Series, which will take you on a 7-step journey to understand human rights and engage with human rights mechanisms.
The interactive event takes place on 9 December at: 11 AM Central European Time / 1 PM East African Time / 3:45 PM Nepal Time / 4 PM Bangladesh Standard Time / 5 PM Indonesia Time
You will hear more about our lectures and get the chance to engage with our panelists on the role of civil society organisations in human rights monitoring mechanisms.
And there will be a keynote speech by Dr. Yvonne Donders, Professor International Human Rights and Cultural Diversity and Head of the Department of International and European Public Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Amsterdam. She also works as Commissioner at the Netherlands Human Rights Institute.
