Machteld likes to connect people, organizations and innovations to increase equal opportunities for everyone. She is convinced that combining the strengths, ideas and possibilities of diverse organisations is crucial to create a sustainable impact. As a supervisor, she hopes to be able to use her energy, management experience, insights from home and abroad, and expertise in the field of gender, ICSR and the role of the business community to support WO=MEN. She is happy to contribute ideas about the role of the platform and to strengthen the work of its members, in order to accelerate gender equality in the business community.
