Why do you work at WO=MEN?
"I think it's a great network where my passion for the international field and movement building is combined with national movement building and lobbying."
What inspires you in your work at WO=MEN?
"The amazing female human rights activists with and for whom we work. And the passion for a just society."
What do you hope to achieve or change through your work at WO=MEN?
"I hope to contribute to a more just world where people who experience the most discrimination and are most excluded are given a central place in feminist movements and decision-making, in the Netherlands and beyond."
What makes WO=MEN special?
"There is no other network like WO=MEN to be found anywhere. The combination of very different organizations and individuals, lobbying focused on international policy and multilateral processes, and the space for female human rights defenders and holding the Netherlands accountable for international agreements. This has always been important and necessary, but now even more so. WO=MEN continues to fight for space for civil society and stand up for women's rights, human rights, gender equality, and justice."
