Why do you work at WO=MEN?
"I had wanted to delve deeper into feminism for a while, and after attending a lunch lecture at WO=MEN, I was enthusiastic."
What inspires you in your work at WO=MEN?
"I'm super proud of the fact that I can say I work for a women's rights organization. I may not always be involved in the content, but every day I do something to change the world. Supporting my colleagues in their impactful work also inspires me."
What do you hope to achieve or change through your work at WO=MEN?
"WO=MEN of course has a Theory of Change. I hope that we can achieve it partly because I support everyone behind the scenes."
What makes WO=MEN special?
"What doesn't? It's a beautiful organization. Everyone who works there is so passionate and works incredibly hard towards the goals we want to achieve. Furthermore, it's also very special that we've come so far. And, even though we're in difficult times, that we can continue to grow."
